Cancellation and Refund Policy

No Refund: Generally applied to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time, or in the case of a no-show. Weather Cancellation: If the tour operator cancels the safari due to extremely unsafe weather (e.g., severe storm or park closure), you are typically offered a full refund or a reschedule at no extra cost. 2. National Park Entrance Fee Non-Refundable: Once the official entrance ticket is purchased and issued in your name (which often happens 24-48 hours before the tour), the National Park Entrance Fee is usually non-refundable, as per the Department of Wildlife Conservation regulations.
